Evelexa BioResources is dedicated to all interested in the biotech venture creation process.  All resources on the website are free to registered members. The site is best known for the Entrepreneur's Guide to a Biotech Startup, a book members may download.  Since Evelexa's launch in November 2001, 12484 people have registered on the site.

Peter Kolchinsky, Ph.D., Director.
Peter is the Portfolio Manager at RA Capital, a biotech-focused public equity fund based in Boston. He wrote the Entrepreneur's Guide to a Biotech Startup as an aid to scientists launching biotechnology companies and subsequently founded Evelexa Bioresources with the goal of streamlining the biotech venture creation process. He also co-founded BiotechTuesday, a popular networking event for the Boston biotech community. Peter received his doctorate in virology at Harvard University, during which time he launched the Harvard Biotech Club. Peter received his B.A. from Cornell University, where he majored in biology, and graduated from Phillips Academy Andover.
